In the fall of 2021 we had sold our home in Ontario and decided to join our family in Fredericton. The inventory of homes for sale was extremely low, but Caitlin MacTavish pushed hard and came up with some options for us. Of the two available that met our requirements one had an offer on it but was stalling due to financing. Caitlin kept on top of it and I messaged her and told her, that my wife would be flying to Fredericton to see it, and that we would be making a cash offer and could she make sure that the seller was informed.
